Two options:
1. Get your master's in the UK, Canada, NZ or Australia. They'll accept the 3-year degree, usually.
2. Get a master's in India, then do another master's in the US.

It's a good idea to ask each school that you're applying to see if they'll accept 15 years. Every school has a different policy.

Your BA in India can be considered for transfer credit in the US toward a US BA or BS degree. Depending on the subject, students can finish in 1 1/2 years - 2 years, then go on to get a masters in the US. Some business departments in the US accept BBA degrees with higher marks if the student wants to enter the MBA program; but these are decided on a case-by-case basis.
