you can apply for financial aid to the colleges you are interested in along with the common application. If you are a US citizen, you can fill out the FAFSA or the CSS profile (not all colleges require the CSS profile, but all them ask for the FAFS).
Thank you for your replay but I am not a US citizen. I am an Ethiopian. I want to get a scholarship. if you know a colleges or university which can offer a scholarship for international students please tell me.
