| GOSWOOP EVALUATION OF APPLICATION |
- Within 5 business days of receiving your application, goSwoop will contact you to inform you of your application's acceptance or decline. * US Institutions will need to be SEVIS approved in order to host international students.

| SIGNING OF GOSWOOP ACCESS AGREEMENT |
- Upon being accepted to goSwoop, the goSwoop access agreement will be emailed to your institution with instructions on how to sign the agreement. After signing the agreement, mail or scan and email the agreement to institutions@goswoop.com

| BEGIN USING GOSWOOP |
- After we receive your signed and approved goSwoop access agreement your institution's username and temporary password will be e-mailed to your institution. Use this information to log into goSwoop and begin your goSwoop experience.
